APO CARE Pflegedienst GmbH is a care service based in Ilmenau. We support people who need help with everyday life, either in their own home or during the day in a semi-stationary setting.

Our work rests on two forms of care. Ambulatory care brings support to the front door, so people can stay in the surroundings they know. Semi-stationary care offers a structured day with meals, activities and company, while evenings and nights remain at home.

We plan care together with the person and their family, explain what is possible in plain language, and adjust the plan when needs change. Our aim is simple: help people stay as independent as they can, for as long as they can.
